However, the principal components of the systems are given varying manufacturers’ guarantee / pro-rated warranty periods depending on the quality attributes they carry ranging from 1 year to 30 years. SOSTAP Services Limited hereby declares its long term commitment to provide a lifelong technical back-up expertise to service, maintain, repair and provide the necessary and replaceable items to the systems throughout their life span. The Company initiated a routine service and maintenance program for all its clients. The program ensures that technical problems experienced by clients are examined and corrected on routine basis as agreed upon by the client and company.
SOSTAP Services Limited provides continuous education to clients on use and maintenance of installed Systems. Our Updated end-Users manuals are distributed to the users in collaboration with our manufacturers to achieve this objective.
